このアプリで投稿できるのはあなたがすすった音だけです。 短い規約です。読んでから公開してください。
0. 🔴 すすり音をお預かりします（このアプリを使う条件）
あなたがすすった音は、録るたびに私たちのサーバーへ送られます。 これはこのアプリを使う条件で、初回起動のときに同意をいただいています。 同意されない場合、このアプリはお使いいただけません（アプリを削除してください）。
- お預かりした音は、すすりの型を判定する仕組みを良くするために使います。
- ⚠️ お預かりした音を、誰かが聴ける場所に出すことはありません。 ほかの人に聴かせるには、あなたが「公開する」を選ぶ必要があります（第4節）。
- 🔴 お預かりした音は、あとから消すことができません。 端末の中のすすり音はいつでも消せますが、送られたものは残ります。
- 🔴 お店で録ると店員さんの声や隣の席の会話が入ることがあり、それも一緒に送られます。 公開と違い、お預かりはあなたが中身を確かめる前に行われます。 入れたくない場面では、録らないという選択をしてください。
詳しくはプライバシーポリシーの第2節に書いてあります。
1. 投稿できるもの
- ✅ あなた自身がすすった音と、その一杯から作られた SLURP TRACK。それだけです。
- 🚫 他人の録音・音楽・テレビやラジオの音・録音物の転載
- 🚫 すすり以外の音を目的とした投稿
- 🚫 丼以外を写すことを目的とした写真（SLURP TRACK に焼き込まれます）
2. 🔴 他の人の声と姿を公開しないでください
お店で録った音には、店員の方の声や隣の席の会話が入っていることがあります。 公開する前に必ずご自身で聴いて確認してください。
🔴 SLURP TRACK には、あなたが撮った丼の写真が焼き込まれています。 写真には店内の様子・同席の方・手元が写り得ます。 音は誰の声か分かりにくいですが、写真はそうではありません。 公開する前に写真そのものも必ず確かめてください。
私たちは公開前に人の目で中身を確認していません（機械的な確認だけです）。 つまりこの確認はあなたにしかできません。 入ってしまったもの・写ってしまったものに気づいたら、アプリからその投稿を削除してください。
3. 禁止すること
- 🚫 法令に違反する行為、他人の権利（著作権・肖像権・プライバシー）を侵害する行為
- 🚫 なりすまし（他人になりきって投稿すること）
- 🚫 特定の人や店への嫌がらせを目的とした投稿
- 🚫 このアプリの仕組みを壊す行為（自動化された大量投稿、通報機能の濫用を含む）
4. 公開した音と SLURP TRACK について
- 公開したものはアプリを使っている人が誰でも聴け、観られます。知り合いだけに限る設定はありません。
- 🔴 公開したものに保管期限はありません。私たちの側から消すことはしません。
- 🔴 消せるのはあなたです。いつでもアプリから削除できます。 削除では音と SLURP TRACK の両方が消えます。
- ⚠️ 投稿はこの端末が作った匿名IDに紐づいています。端末を失うと、あなた自身も消せなくなります。 🔴 ほかの端末へ引き継ぐ方法は用意していません（2026-08-22 の決裁。 検討した復元コードは実装していないので、あるとは書きません）。 公開するかどうかは、そのことを承知したうえで選んでください。
何が公開され、何が併記されるかは プライバシーポリシーの第3節に書いてあります。 公開する前にそちらも読んでください。 ⚠️ 写真が SLURP TRACK に焼き込まれて出ていくことも、そこに書いてあります。
5. 私たちができること
- 通報を受けた投稿を確認し、必要と判断したものを非公開にします。
- 通報が一定数に達した投稿を自動で聴けない状態にします（その後、私たちが確認します）。
- ⚠️ 匿名IDは作り直せるため、投稿する側を恒久的に締め出す仕組みは持っていません。 個別の投稿を下げることで対応します。
6. 順位を作りません
🚫 このアプリは店の点数・レビュー・再生回数・人気順・ランキングを永久に作りません。 並び順は新しいものから、だけです。これは機能の話ではなく、変えない約束です。
7. 免責
このアプリは現状のまま提供されます。すすりの型やビートの判定は、 あなたの一杯を言葉にするための表現であって、優劣の評価ではありません。
8. 提供者とお問い合わせ
このアプリの提供者は ZUZUZU Inc. です。 この規約の中の「私たち」は、この法人を指します。
通報・削除の依頼はアプリ内のフォームから受け付けます。 アプリを消してしまった場合は お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。

The only thing you can publish here is the sound of your own slurp. These terms are short. Please read them before you publish.
0. 🔴 We keep your slurps (a condition of using the app)
Every slurp you record is sent to our servers. This is a condition of using the app, and we ask for your consent the first time you open it. If you do not agree, the app cannot be used — please delete it.
- We use what we keep to improve how slurps are classified.
- ⚠️ What we keep is never put where anyone can hear it. For others to hear a slurp, you have to choose to publish it (section 4).
- 🔴 What we keep cannot be deleted afterwards. You can delete the audio on your device at any time, but what has been sent stays with us.
- 🔴 Recording in a shop can pick up staff or the conversation at the next table, and that is sent too. Unlike publishing, this happens before you check the content. Where you would rather not capture that, choose not to record.
Section 2 of the Privacy Policy has the details.
1. What you may publish
- ✅ A slurp you made yourself, and the SLURP TRACK built from that same bowl. That is all.
- 🚫 Someone else's recording, music, broadcast audio, or any re-upload
- 🚫 Posts made for the sake of sounds other than slurping
- 🚫 Photos taken to show something other than the bowl (they get burned into the SLURP TRACK)
2. 🔴 Please do not publish other people's voices or faces
A recording made in a shop can pick up staff or the conversation at the next table. Please listen to it yourself before publishing.
🔴 A SLURP TRACK has the photo of your bowl burned into it. That photo can show the room, the people with you, your hands. A voice is hard to attribute to a person; a photo is not. Look at the photo itself before publishing.
We do not review content with human eyes before it is published — only automatic checks. That means this check is one only you can do. If you notice afterwards that someone else is in it — heard or seen — delete the post from the app.
3. Prohibited
- 🚫 Anything unlawful, or that infringes others' rights (copyright, likeness, privacy)
- 🚫 Impersonating someone else
- 🚫 Posts intended to harass a person or a shop
- 🚫 Breaking how this app works (automated bulk posting, abusing the report function)
4. About what you publish (sound and SLURP TRACK)
- What you publish is audible and watchable by anyone using the app. There is no friends-only setting.
- 🔴 What you publish has no retention limit. We will not delete it from our side.
- 🔴 You can. Delete it from the app at any time — that removes both the sound and the SLURP TRACK.
- ⚠️ Posts are tied to the anonymous ID this device generated. Lose the device and even you cannot delete them. 🔴 There is no way to carry that ID to another device (decided 2026-08-22: the restore code we considered was not built, so we do not claim it exists). Please decide whether to publish with that in mind.
What becomes public, and what is shown alongside it, is in section 3 of the Privacy Policy. Please read that too before publishing. ⚠️ It also states that your photo leaves the device burned into the SLURP TRACK.
5. What we may do
- Review reported posts and take down anything we judge should come down.
- Automatically hide a post once reports reach a threshold (we then review it).
- ⚠️ Because anonymous IDs can be regenerated, we have no way to permanently bar someone from posting. We respond by taking individual posts down.
6. We do not build rankings
🚫 This app will never build shop scores, reviews, play counts, popularity, or leaderboards. The only ordering is newest first. This is not a feature decision — it is a promise we do not change.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. The form and beat we name for your slurp are a way of putting your bowl into words, not a judgement of better or worse.
8. Provider and contact
This app is provided by ZUZUZU Inc.. “We” throughout these terms means that company.
Reports and deletion requests go through the in-app form. If you have already removed the app, use our contact form.
